The works at Flatford were carried out during 2006 with Dedham being carried out in 2007.
The refurbishment included the removal of the existing gate back to TEMA Engineering workshop in Cardiff to be inspected , modified, shot blasted and re-painted prior to being re-installed.
The drive arrangement in place was upgraded and a new hydraulic control unit installed.
